The Situation The villa is in the north-east of the island, close to San Carlos in a privately cultivated arrangement with the name "La Joya". In this arrangement are exclusively privately used villas and flats. One looks for hotels as well as club arrangements here in vain. The villa lies within the urbanization "La Joya" in a dead end. By more than three cars per day is not to be calculated there. Directly behind the villa so-called "Zona Verde" is a woodland that was expelled as a nature conservation zone and on may not be built. In direct nearness there are two big sandy beaches, the Cala Lenya (approx. 500 metres away) and the Cala Nova (approx. 600 metres away), which are comfortably to be reached in a few minutes. On both beaches there is showering, toilets, sun benches and screens, playground for children, numerous restaurants and beach booths. Both beaches are taken during the day by lifeguards and the first help station. Also typical cosy beach restaurants you have there. You will feel there like in paradise. In this urbanisation you only find exclusive villas. It is absolutely calm. At the end of the street you find 2 tennis courts at your disposal. Behind the villa you have got a forest. It is rural region, no buildings are allowed there. A small supermarket you can find nearby where you can buy each morning your bisquits.
